The food we had was amazing..$$ was a bit higher than expected but everything was outstanding. The Macadamia Chicken with pineapple mango chutney was outstanding. My husband got basic burger and fries.. both were greatness but the fries were the best we've ever had. I can't wait to try everything on the menu.

We enjoyed a Christmas Day dinner with my father at this restaurant. We ordered the ham, turkey, and prime rib meals, sharing everything between us, along with the "Santa's Eggnog" cocktail. The quality of the meat was above average, and the sides were absolutely exceptional. The service was attentive and friendly--thank you, Xavier, for making our evening even better! The ambiance was pleasant and festive, enhanced by a cozy view of the outdoor patio with its beautifully lit fire-railing. However, the reservation system could use significant improvement. Despite having a 5:00 PM reservation, we were not seated until after 5:30 PM, which was a bit disappointing.The wait for food was long because the kitchen was backed up by the time we were seated. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, with a few hiccups in logistics that could be addressed. We'd certainly consider coming back for another holiday meal!

This was my first time at Kona grill and I was impressed how amazing the service was! Inside was also so nice and they had a huge patio. We went for their Taste of Kona special where you get a 3 course meal and glass of wine for only $40 and it was a great deal.

Had a good late lunch. Exceptional service from my waitress Zen. The food was good, exactly what I came for. A good burger. Quiet, and not crowded. I'm sure it's a great night life spot.

I don't usually take the time to leave reviews about my experience at a restaurant unless I've had an unpleasant one but, our evening at Kona Grill in Plano Texas raised the bar of expectations that i'm sure other restaurants will fall short of reaching. As my family and I entered the restaurant we were instantly greeted with smiles and positive attitudes, something you don't see very often anymore so I was, to say the least pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism and mood setting greetings. At our table, our experience just kept getting better. The service was top of the line. The food was no less than a chefs kiss and the atmosphere was perfectly created by the team! We had such a great experience that I asked to see the manager. We were greeted at our table by Christian. After sharing our experience with him, I see why Kona Grill is such a great place to spend time with family and friends. Christian was extremely professional and actually cared about what we had to say about Kona Grill and the team that makes it so good. Christian and Ty, Thank You again. Y'all are Rockstars! I highly recommend!

I initially was going to write a bad review because our server kept messing up our order ...but Nika took over and corrected the wrong food and drink. she also adjusted our ticket (server added a $10 fee) the food is delicious! I recommend the bama Roll and burger! also the Angry edamame are so amazing!!!!
